The Eurasian Tourism Association is implementing in Kazakhstan the project “MOST- A model for sustainable tourism in Central Asia: Building Capacities, Creating Awareness, Introducing technology” within the framework of the European Union SwithAsia program.
The project is being implemented in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan until the end of 2022 in cooperation with the Heraklion Development Agency, European Profiles SA, APINTECH Ltd., Latvian Country Tourism Association, Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan and Tajik Association for Promotion of Tourism Development.
On December 22, 2020 in Nur-Sultan, within the framework of the MOST project, a round table will be held on the topic ” Environmental Certification Procedures and Sustainable Tourism Management Issues – the challenges and the expectations at National level”. The purpose of the round table is to strengthen the dialogue between enterprises and government agencies regarding the development of sustainable tourism in Kazakhstan. Representatives of central and regional government bodies, higher education institutions, associations, hotels and travel companies are invited to the round table.
